COVID-not-orama

Last year’s SHOTORAMA was sadly cancelled because of COVID, which is unfortunately still very much present. We are trying our best to prepare for every eventually and to ensure that the event can go ahead safely, but we need to ask all of you to be flexible and understanding.

In the interest of everyone’s health we ask all 18+ to be fully vaccinated (double-jabbed) against COVID. On the day you will have to present a COVID pass using the NHS app. If you have a medical exemption (e.g. allergy) please contact us.

It goes without saying that if you have symptoms consistent with COVID or are required to self-isolate then you cannot attend.

We may also ask attendees to take other measures as may be required by the government, and as we may consider necessary to having a successful and safe event. These may include measures such as wearing masks when not training, hand sanitising, etc. Please note that we may ask you to adhere to a stricter regime than is officially mandated; again we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Please also understand that:

  1. We cannot guarantee that the live event will go ahead at all.
  2. We cannot guarantee your place in the event that there are restrictions on numbers. We will honour registrations on a first-come-first-served basis and give full refunds to those who cannot attend.
  3. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver the advertised programme if some of our instructors are unable to attend.
  4. If social distancing is re-imposed we will have to alter the format completely and run the event as a regular seminar without workshops, i.e. the event will consist of three general sessions with all attendees training together.

In the event that there are material changes to the programme, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as we can and offer a full refund.
