Okay okay, we know you’re excited! But there’s a bit of important stuff to get through first before you start throwing your money at us! What you are paying for:
Your booking is for full access to SHOTORAMA 2022, including a total of 4 hours training provided by certified karate instructors. SHOTORAMA is not intended to make any profit; we have made every effort to keep costs to a minimum to make this event affordable and accessible to as many karateka as possible. All the participating instructors have agreed to volunteer their teaching time for free. Your payment will go only towards covering costs such as venue hire, insurance, and instructors’ expenses. Any excess after that will be donated to our charity appeal.
What you to know before you book:
- The person participating needs to be a regular member at a shotokan karate club. We welcome attendees from all associations.
- The person participating needs to be at least 10 years old. If you’d like to register a younger person please contact us first.
What you need to do:
- Browse the day’s programme and decide which colour workshop stream you would like to attend.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and our statement regarding COVID.
- Use the booking form to tell us you’re coming, who you are, and what you’d like to do in the workshops. We appreciate people who sign up early!
- When booking multiple tickets, double check stream colour for each participant.
- You will receive a booking confirmation e-mail. Please bring it with you on the day (on mobile device is fine).
Important Details-ORAMA
Online booking by 16 September 2022: £20 per person
Early-bird discount – booking by 31 July 2022: £16 per person, use promo code “earlybird”.
You must use the code on the eventbrite booking form in order to receive the early bird discount. We cannot apply the discount retrospectively if you make a regular booking without using the code. If you use the link below the code will be activated already.
Last minute booking after 16 September 2022: £30 per person
Important: there is a limited number of spaces on each stream, so please book early to get the one you want.
Also important: you MUST book ONLINE. There will no booking available at the door!
